I use a combination of trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to build resilience and insight, to assist you with resolving your challenges. I offer both Neurofeedback and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) which can significantly enhance management and resolution of issues.
